Master Ben Bar practiced martial arts and ephilosophyB for 30 years. Studied the external and internal arts (including philosophy and Chinese medicine, judo, karate, Bagua, Aikido)

Lived, worked and studied in London and the Hong Komg for many years

In the past 20 years he specialized research and teaches Liu He Ba Fa, a system that contains aspects of deep and harmonic motion, strengthen the spirit, mind and body to maintain health and longevity and complements the basic elements which are missing other arts

Ben is the student of Sifu Kam Tung in Hong Kong and teaches the method in Israel, SIfu Kam Tung is highly regraded as a true master. 

Bwn is currently serves as a board member of the  Israel Asia Chamber of Commerce and works in senior business management positins and as a strategic consultant to Global industrial firms

Chen His I:

Father of the system, designated Chen His I, lived in the years 960-1280 AD at the ending Chou Dynasty and the beginning of the Song Dynasty.

It was told that Chen was fascinated by the flowing, ever-changing water and his observations later constituted the basis for the Taoist belief regarding the power of water combined with their ability to withdraw, surround and flow with, around, or through any body and any resistance

The first disciple of Chen Hsi I - Lee Tung Feng wrote the "Five Word Song" which is one of the foundations and the most important sources of knowledge of the system

Over the years, different teachers have added additional Forms in order to teach various principles. Among other things, introduced 12 short forms of animals, observing exercises and other form such as Hwa-Yu Tai-chi and Liu-Hung
